Accessibility Statement

Brydge Holdings LLC ("Spedy," "we," "us") is committed to making the Spedy mobile application and website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to improve the experience for all of our users.

1. Our Commitment

We believe that everyone should be able to discover, connect, and share experiences on Spedy. We work to ensure that our app and website can be used by as many people as possible, regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology. Accessibility is considered as part of our design and code-review process, not as an afterthought.

2. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

The Spedy app and website are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to close the remaining gaps, which are listed in Section 5 below.

3. Measures We Take

To support accessibility, Spedy takes the following measures:

Applies color-contrast standards to primary text and interactive elements.
Respects the device's system font-size / Dynamic Type setting, scaling text up to a supported maximum to keep layouts readable.
Provides screen-reader labels on buttons, images, and key controls.
Uses minimum touch-target sizing for interactive elements.
Includes accessibility considerations in design reviews and engineering checks.
Offers the full experience in 19 languages, including English and Spanish.

4. Accessibility Features

The Spedy app includes the following accessibility features:

Screen-reader support — compatible with VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android).
Scalable text — honors your device's font-scale / Dynamic Type preference, up to a tested maximum.
Clear color scheme — a high-contrast palette for primary content and actions.
Labeled controls — icons and buttons carry descriptive labels for assistive technology.
Multilingual — content available in 19 languages, including full English and Spanish.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are aware of the following and are working to resolve them:

A small number of secondary or "hint" text styles and form-field placeholders may not meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio in every state.
Some form fields rely on visible labels rather than programmatic hints in certain flows.
Live video Experiences do not currently include real-time captioning.

7. Compatibility

Spedy is designed to work with recent versions of iOS and Android and the assistive technologies built into those platforms, including VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dynamic Type, and system font scaling. Accessibility depends in part on the technologies and assistive tools you use; older devices, browsers, or third-party tools may affect the experience.

8. Assessment & Updates

This statement was prepared based on a self-evaluation of the Spedy app and website against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We review this statement periodically and update it as we make improvements or as the standard evolves.
